Software Survey - Phase 1 Enhancements
Thank you to those that participated in the Software Survey at the end of 2023. We have compiled the results and have put together a plan.
We want to get a handful of Enhancements to everyone before the summer. This will be Phase 1. Currently, the dev team is scheduled to be done with development by end of April. Then we anticipate a month of testing, with the goal to be done by the end of May.
Then over the summer, we will work on another update with many more enhancements. This will be Phase 2. We are anticipating a Fall release for Phase 2. We will provide a similar list for Phase 2, once it is ready.
Overall, we are targeting the Enhancements that received the most votes and grouping similar functionality together.

- Auto adjust calendar for cancelled calls or calls finished early
- Add secondary phone number when adding new customer via Calendar
- Reporting
- Ability to tie an Invoice created by Admin to a Technician
- Add invoices created by admins to Company Dashboard (Phase 2)
- Add Snapshot for Revenue by Service Call Type
- All invoices not linked to a Service Call
