18.15 - Overview
This release focuses on strengthening system accuracy and improving day-to-day performance across both the Command Center and the P3 Apps. This update includes key improvements to Invoice Performance, ensuring faster load times and smoother editing workflows, especially for invoices with larger data sets.
We also addressed a key issue where we have identified a Service Agreement price-tiering discrepancy that occurred when renewing agreements containing multiple systems with different Start and End Dates. While the variance was generally minimal, the logic has now been corrected to ensure all renewals consistently apply the appropriate pricing tier moving forward.
Alongside these updates, this release includes an improvement on the Daily Recurring Billing Summary Email and a broad set of App and Command Center fixes designed to improve reliability, eliminate workflow interruptions, and provide a more seamless experience for technicians and office staff.
