Improved Daily Recurring Billing Summary Email
We’ve enhanced the Daily Recurring Billing Summary Email sent to users to provide clearer insights into recurring payment performance. This update adds a concise summary section including the reason for failed payments - making it easier to quickly understand daily billing outcomes without having to go into the software.
Key Changes:
A quick Summary has been added on the left-hand side of the email showing a tally of:
Recurring Payments Processed
Successful Payments
Failed Payments
A new "Comments" column has been added to display the reason for failed payments. This field is blank for successful payments.
The original "Comments" column has been renamed to "Invoice Description" for consistency with the Completed Recurring Billing Report.
Enabling Daily Recurring Billing Summary:
Click on Settings from the left-hand panel
Go to Email/Text Communications section
Click on Automations
Click on Create New Automation
Find the Extended Contact Options in the same step where you can Describe your Automation

Notes:
If multiple recipients are needed, each email addresses can be separated by a comma (,). For example "francis@p3.com,vincent@p3.com" and so on.
