We’ve added a new enhancement that allows Complete System pricing to automatically re-calculate whenever the price of any individual equipment is updated. This creates a more efficient pricing process that eliminates the need for manual updates and ensuring that Complete System totals always reflect the most current equipment costs.

This update significantly improves the ESM workflow by giving users control over whether recalculation should occur automatically, require confirmation, or be disabled entirely.

How It Works:

• A new setting has been added which can be configured whether you want recalculation to occur automatically, require confirmation, or be disabled entirely when updating Individual Equipment Price. All areas where you can update individual equipment are covered:

  • Brand/Series Page

  • Equipment/Models Page

  • Update Equipment & Install Cost Page - When updating Individual Equipment via spreadsheet

• We have also given an option to do a Company-wide Recalculation as a manual trigger to handle missed recalculations or if user prefers to save recalculation for later. This Company-wide Recalculation updates all Complete System Price based on their current Individual Equipment Price.

Locating the Setting:

• Click on Settings from the left-hand panel

• Go to ESM Settings section

• Click on General Settings

• Scroll down to Equipment Pricing section

• Find "Recalculate Complete System Price when Individual Equipment Price is Updated?"

Locating  and Updating the User Permission:

• Click on Settings from the left-hand panel

• Go to Users section

• Click on Admin Users

• Find and Edit the Admin User you want to update permission

• Scroll down to User Permission

• Expand ESM Module

• Check or Uncheck Price Recalculation checkbox

• Save
