18.11 - Overview
The 18.11 release improves the Technician Apps, Telephone Integration, and overall reliability of the software.
On iOS and Android, we fixed several issues: Service Calls now display correctly, the Android App no longer shows “Invalid Email Address” when sending emails, and scheduling recurring service calls no longer triggers multiple beeping sounds. We also fixed older functionalities that has issues with sending emails, making communication smoother from the app.
For Telephone, we fixed call flow and integration problems: inconsistent call flow displays, caller ID no longer shows as “Unknown,” calls no longer ring while already on another line, and active call logs now show full phone numbers. We also improved customer matching for all phone number fields and added better drilldown in the Total Minute Widget.
In the Command Center, we fixed several pages that were showing 500 server errors, making reports and settings more stable and easier to access.This update makes the apps and telephone features more stable and reliable for everyday use.
App - iOS & Android:
- App - Service Calls not displaying correctly on Legacy View (15007)
- Android App - "Invalid Email Address” Error when sending an email from a contact list with gaps in data (15057)
- App triggers multiple beeping sounds when scheduling recurring service calls (14965)
- App - False delivery status when emailing Repair vs Replace Scorecard (14904)
Telephone:
- Call Flow does not display when doing an outbound call to Unknown numbers (15056)
- Known numbers show up as Unknown when called using Dialpad (15025)
- Caller ID remains Unknown after adding as customer during the call (14985)
- CSRs on an on-going Outbound Call can still hear Incoming Calls ringing (14944)
- Call Dashboard - Active Call Log display gets cutoff when there are multiple active calls (14808)
