18.10 - Overview
The primary focus of version 18.10 is a major Android app update to meet Google Play’s latest target API level requirements, ensuring better performance, stronger security, and long-term compatibility for our users.
In addition, we resolved several issues on both Android and iOS to improve stability, syncing, and overall performance—delivering a smoother and more reliable experience across both platforms.
This release also includes multiple fixes in the Command Center, addressing QuickBooks syncing delays and integration errors, Company Dashboard loading issues, Calendar display problems, telephone integration issues, increased invoice summary printing limits, and missing ESM images on email—ensuring more consistent and reliable performance.
Fixed Android Issues

- Invoice pricing changes to SA rate after creating a new estimate when the customer is not enrolled in a Service Agreement. (14803)

- SA Dashboard upcoming renewal flag not updating when created from app. (14711)
- App crashes when creating an invoice in the legacy calendar view. (14639)
- Technician unable to access invoice via Dispatch Calendar. (14735)

Fixed Telephone Issues
- Calls are not clearing from the Active Calls Tab when browser tab is refreshed while call is on-going (14768)
- Green telephone symbol is always showing even when there are no incoming calls due to browser tab being refreshed when there is an incoming call (14765)
- Color coding of callboxes are inconsistent (14864)
- Unable to call a number when clicking from the Call List (14909)
- Interoffice calls - Caller ID of a team member is displaying as Unknown (14695)
