This version addresses additional issues from the 11.x releases, but it also includes one new feature related to purchase order.

- Model numbers not appearing on Proposal when emailed
- Installation hours not matching in admin report
- Ability to lock the installation hours
- Customer Record - generated extra equipment when proposal is accepted twice
- Multiple fixes related to the crash reports that were sent to us
