Starting in 11.2, the Last Service Call Report was introduced. Now, each company can identify groups of customers based on their last service call.
For example, it is 2021, if you wanted to see people that last had a service call in 2019, you can run the report with the time frame of 1/1/2019 to 12/31/2019.

- From the Command Center, click on Reports
- Under the Customer section, click on Last Service Call Report

- Eventually this report will be tied into the Email Marketing integration so that emails can be sent to the group of customers that have been idle for some time.
