Change the Finance Cost, Cash Discount and Cash Price Proposal Labels

Starting with 11.0, companies can change the labels of the "Finance Cost", "Cash Discount" and "Cash Price" labels on the proposal.  The customized labels will display in the Proposal Comparison screen, the individual View of the Proposal as well as the email and PDF version of the Proposal.

Instructions - How to Change Labels

  1. From the Command Center, click on Settings
  2. Under the ESM Settings section, click on General Settings
  3. Change the value of Finance Price Custom Label
  4. Change the value of Cash Discount Custom Label
  5. Change the value of Cash Price Custom Label
  6. Click Save

Notes

  • When 11.0 goes live, the default labels will be the current ones - "Finance Price", "Cash Price", "Cash Discount"
  • Please note that if the changed the labels take effect on the next new proposal created.  It does not impact the labels or displays of existing Proposals.
