  I messed around with it today and really like the feature, great job!!!

  Instead of having the customer fill out ALL their data have them fill out a single data point then cross check the database. If it does not match have them fill out the complete customer form. Steps are as follows:

  Are you a Returning Customer?

  • If Yes - Show Email Text Box (or address, phone number)
  • If Match in database confirm appointment (without revealing any more personal data)
  • If No Match in database Show Customer From
  • If No - Show Customer Form
