1) Login to the Command Center

2) On the left hand menu, click on Settings

3) Scroll to the bottom of the page, under the Users section, click on Technicians

4) Find the technician and click the edit/pencil icon

5) When the technician page loads, change the Status from "Active" to "In Active"

6) Click the green Submit button

When you deactivate the tech, he can no longer log into the app. In addition, this saves the information about the tech so you don't lose any vital data. Lastly, this will also free up a license that you can now apply the license to a new technician.
