Notes

• On the Customer Record, we have removed the PDF icon and combined those functions into the Print Button
• On the Edit/View Invoice pages, we have changed all of the icons for consistency purposes and they are now the same as on the Customer Record, invoice table
• The Email and Text buttons will be either Blue or Grey.  If Blue, it means the Customer's Communication Preference allows for the invoice to be sent via that method.  If Grey, then the Customer's Communication Preference does not allow for the invoice to be sent via that method.  For example, if "Email Only", then the Email Icon will be Blue and the Text Icon will be Grey; if the "Both", then both the Email and Text Icons will be Blue.
