9.0.9 Overview
In Version of 9.0.9 of the software there are many major enhancements as well as several bug fixes. The features linked below take you to a more detailed Help Desk Article/Video. We plan to have videos for all Enhancements prior to the release.
Enhancements
- Ability to Add Custom Message to Invoice Email
- Email Invoice as PDF Attachment
- Declined Item Report
- Ability to Shut Off Dealer Invoice Copy
- Ability to Copy the Company via Text when an Invoice is Sent to a Customer
- On the Fly Repair Creation
- Ability to Modify the Entire Appointment Confirmation Email
- Ability to Customize the Day Before Appointment Reminder
- Reconciliation Report
- Ability to Change the Diagnostic Report from the Command Center
- Ability to Print the invoice into a format that, when folded, fits a window envelope
- Emailed Invoices will have the Invoice Number in the Subject Line of the Email
- Changed the Invoice Action Buttons on Both the Customer Record and View/Edit Pages
- When creating a new customer, automatically create a new system
- Diagnostic Fees - Allow Zero Time Allocation
- Technician Performance Report - ability to remove the Revenue Impact column
- Include a "Apply for Financing" button on the Proposal when it is Emailed to a Customer
App Changes
- Enhancement - Need setting to allow techs to edit completed invoice
- Enhancement - Notify techs when a download is available
- Enhancement - Ability to make the lead source and customer type required when creating a customer
- Bug Fix - Declined Service Agreement was still created
- Bug Fix - Associating Diagnostic to Invoice on the App
- Bug Fix - Complete service call for tune up with 4 or more systems, able to view them all
- Bug Fix - Invoice highlighting service agreement column even though the service agreement expired
- Bug Fix - When emailing the ESM Material List, equipment model numbers were not displaying
- Bug Fix - the ESM Stars on a Custom Proposal were all set to 3 stars
Web Bug Fixes/Updates
- Remove flag for primary customer when creating a customer
- Edit customer - lists are not in alphabetical order
- Calendar scrolling blocks either the time at the top or the techs on the left

- Put Service Agreement Reminder in the Email Log for the Service Location tied to the agreement, not just the primary location

- Technician Performance Report - pagination issue was preventing more than 10 records from displaying when filtering by a specific tech
