From the Command Center, go to the ESM Proposal List.   In the list, on the far right there is a series of icons.  Click on the $ icon.

When clicked, a popup will appear that will provide a financial summary of the proposal.  The financial summary of all options will display.  The proposal option that is currently selected (or accepted) will be highlighted.

This view gives you a quick summary of the expenses as well as the potential profit on the proposal.
