With 9.0, your customers can now accept an ESM proposal when emailed to them. There will be an "Accept" button that they will click.  This will launch the proposal into a web browser.  From here the customer can initial and enter confirm their desire to purchase.

The software will timestamp the acceptance and then notify your company that the proposal has been accepted.  Furthermore, it will create a P3 invoice with the details of the proposals.  Lastly, it will also create an open service call with the label "ESM Installation", so you that you are aware that an equipment installation needs to be scheduled.
