No More Contacting Support to Reset Technician App
In 9.0 we addressed the issue where the technician reinstalled the app, tried to login and received the "Already Installed on Another Device" message. In the past, you had to contact customer support to reset your technician.
In 9.0, each company can reset their own technicians. In 9.1, we will remove the reset concept entirely.
