Version 14.0 is the version assigned to the launch of the Phone App.  The App contains the same functionality as the tablet version, but is designed for smartphones - specifically Android phones and iPhones.

The only difference in functionality is that the Phone App does not have any Equipment Sales features.  The Phone App is designed for the service tech or maintenance tech that runs routine service agreement and service calls.

The tech will be able to check his schedule, check into a call, view customer details, create a diagnostic, create an invoice, view flat rate pricing information, accept payment, complete the invoice and complete a call.  Service managers will be able to track the status of calls assigned to other technicians as well as manage their schedule from the field.
