Zapier integration

We use zapier to automate several repetitive things within our business and it is extremely helpful.  From triggering notifications, sending brochures, populating to-do lists, printing and mailing invoices for non-email customers, etc.

As of now, we use zapier to scan the emails sent from P3 (that we get a copy of) to trigger events that automate a number of different processes.  An integration with triggers would be extremely helpful for us.  Triggers like:

• New customers (a zap can be created to add them to our Constant contact list for a variety of marketing options)
• Disabled customers (for the opposite reason as above)
• Updated customer information
• Upcoming appointment (for communication and marketing)
• scheduled appointment (we would like to send them a brochure about service agreements and IAQ upgrades before the tech arrives)
• Equipment age (to trigger sales marketing for end-of-life replacement)
• Part sales and task sales (for a to-do list of parts to order for each tech)
• The more the better

This would allow us to integrate virtually any other service rather than relying on internal P3 systems.

  The ability to link up with Zapier would be great. There are so many things that would make our processes easier.

  Feature Request!
  
  Can we get an integration with Zapier or Make? In 2025, with all of the software options available in the marketplace, keeping a closed system makes P3 less valuable. We have dozens of automations outside P3 because P3 doesn't offer these, so we have to enter the data into P3 manually. This is not sustainable in the world of AI and automation!
