When an ESM Proposal is Accepted with a Service Agreement, Create the Service Agreement in the Customer Record
With this feature the Service Agreement would be automatically created upon acceptance of the proposal, along with the future tune ups based on the service agreement settings. This would entail a change to the ESM setup as the Service Agreement listed would have to be mapped to actual P3 Service Agreement Program.

This would be really nice to have to create a record for the piece of equipment being replaced
I have asked for some additional enhancements in the ESM Proposal screens that would identify a system being replaced a create a new system that should flow to the invoice and the equipment screens in the customer records. Tying a proposal to the system should also help to then create a new service agreement to that piece of equipment that is replaced or the new piece added to the customer file.
Roger Z created an enhancement 9-15-25 for ESM proposals to assign a piece of equipment to a proposal to eliminate a a fake "New System 2025" to every piece of equipment sold in the ESM proposal screen.
