Adding events to calendar other than dispatches
CompletedWe should be able to add other events to the calendar, such as a tech having a dentist appointment, or a meeting schedule, or even add in holidays so we know in advance not to schedule during that time block.

Jeremy, what we have done is create a fake customer and when a technician is scheduled to get off on a specific day or time we schedule that customer(ours is PLACEHOLDER) in that time frame so we know not to schedule that technician. it works well but i do agree they need something better to do this.

We have also asked for this feature.
To get around it we created a "customer" for each employee. Ex: Employee John Smith. We book all of their personal appointments and even their "on call" and days off using their customer account.
We created a "customer" for our company Ex: Knight Air Conditioning Inc. We book all meetings, training, and company wide events like holidays using that account.
