Watch this video to learn how to track performance of your technicians. This report compares the amount of time the technicians took on the service call and compares it to the expected amount of time based on the repairs that were on the invoice. The difference is what we call the Variance. Search by technician, time frame or variance to better manager your business.

- To determine the Expected Time on the Service Call, P3 now has the ability to set an Expected Time for each type of Diagnostic Fee.
