Notes:

• As an administrator, office manager, dispatcher - all of your activity will be performed in the P3 Command Center.   The P3 Command Center can be accessed by opening a browser on any device and entering your username and password.
• The P3 Command Center is also commonly referred to as the Cloud or the Web.   The P3 Command Center is where you will control all settings in the software, manage prices and setup your employees - office personnel and technicians. 
• In addition, the Command Center is used to run your business.  This is where you can enter customers, schedule and dispatch them, create invoices or proposals, and run the reports necessary to understand how your business is performing.
• While the P3 Command Center can be accessed on any device - computer, phone or tablet - it is designed and viewing is optimized for use on a computer/laptop.
• Chrome is the preferred browser.  Firefox and Edge are also supported. 
• Your username and initial password was sent via email when your account was created.  If you do not have your username, please send an email to support - support@p3helpdesk.com - along with your name and company name. 
• If you do not remember your password, use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page.  This will send a link to your email address on file with further instructions on how to change your password.
