Declined Call Reasons

When a call is not answered purposely - the CSR clicks to hang up on the caller before the call is answered - the software will prompt the CSR to provide a reason why the call was declined.

Notes:

  • This functionality cannot be turned off.   It is a safety net to make sure the CSR did not click the button by accident.
