General Settings - Incoming Calls - Caller Color Coding - Overview
There are currently 8 different ways that the color of the Call Box can change based on the characteristics of the caller.
- Active Service Agreement Customer
- Customer without Service Agreement
- Unknown Caller
- Do Not Service
- Technician
- Vendor
- Unanswered Call, Calls Again
- Blocked Call
For each of the different characteristics, both the background color of the box can be changed as well as the text color. Use the Preview button to see how it will appear to make sure the color combination will work best for your company.
To change either the Background Color or Text Color, click into the field where the letters and numbers display (this is the "Color Code" the software uses). A color wheel will display. Click the desired color and the software will convert the color to the Color Code.
Alternatively, if you know the code desired, you can just enter it.

Notes:
- In general for the two Service Agreement related color codes, the setting is checking all Locations at the Customer. So if the customer has at least one active service agreement, at just one location, that color code will be used.
