The 2 things that technicians cannot delete from the P3 and ESM app are invoices and proposals.

To delete a proposal inside the Equipment Sales Module:

1. Sync the proposal to the server.
2. Have an admin delete the proposal.

Next time you sync that customer record, it will remove the proposal from the ESM.
