Repair Categories are the top-level organization for Repairs and Products within P3 - see the screenshot below.

Standard Repair Categories include a section for Heating, Cooling, Indoor Air Quality and Enhancements.  The great part about P3 is that each dealer can create their own Repair Categories in order to organize information however best fits the company.

Dealers have used Repair Categories to create sections for Equipment.  When your account is first created, we create a new Repair Category with your company name so you can have a place to put company-specific products and services like seasonal tune ups, warranty work and discounts.
