Changing billing terms at each service call
There needs to be a way to change the billing terms when you set up each service call. We have customers that the billing terms are set to home warranty but we also do maintenance for the same customers. It would be great if when you set the appointment you could change the billing terms for only that appointment and invoice thru the office, not on the invoice itself. The techs have a hard time changing that info so it would be better if it was done thru the office when the service call is assigned.
