With tax rebates available again and energy rebates available in certain areas it would be nice to show customers additional savings on systems beyond just the cash price.     If we added a discount line BELOW the cash price that didnt effect the total,  but showed up in the proposal as a potential Tax rebate, Utility rebate, Manufacturer mail in rebate that they could do.  It could help with sales and show other available things for consumers.
