Automated Customer Notes for Upcoming Appointment
CompletedUnder the Customer Notes Description, I would like to recommend adding a few radio buttons under the text box. The follow options to help streamline the appointment and invoicing process.
Options Include:
- Next Service Call Notes
- All Auto Service Check Appointment Notes
- All Service Call Notes
- Invoice Customer Note
- All Invoice Customer Notes
- None (Default)
The benefit of these option can be but are not limited to:
Adding recurring property entry instructions to calls (codes, key locations, etc.)
Adding recurring complex driving directions to calls
Adding request availability to auto service calls (ie Always home on Wednesday)
Adding one-time, next call instructions or request (ie please adjust air in storage room, talk to him about UV options, turn OFF thermostat reminders, etc.)
Adding open PO information or POC information to all invoices
Adding request to invoices (ie Please update your our Mailing Address in your records...)
