Reconciliation Report
Pinned Featured CompletedThe Reconciliation Report will provide a single view that displays the status of the service call, invoice, diagnostic, images and the QB sync. This will allow manager to ensure all appropriate activities for a call are done and have been sync'd appropriately.
In addition, the report allows the manager to indicate if the job is fully reconciled. This way you can easily search for non-reconciled calls, review their status and then determine if everything is completed for that call.
