Stopping or pausing a call to return without rescheduling
it would be nice to have an option to simply stop or pause a call without rescheduling the call. In this situation, imagine a call where you’re going to pickup a part and return immediately to the job, or say you have an a/c unit that’s frozen and you leave the blower running to melt the iced up coil and return in about an hour or so. Simply being able to pause the job so we know exactly how much time was spent actually on site versus how long the tech was gone from the job site (ex for picking up a part and see driving time, or allowing time to melt the evap coil). It would also be nice in addition if the tech can run another call if need be at the same time.
