Appointment Confirmation Communication
Our company charges a diagnostic fee for Residential Service calls, but not for other call types. We attempted to note in the communication that the fee applies to Residential Service call types only, but customers are still confused. It would be nice to have the ability to customize Appointment Confirmation Communications by call type, as we've had several customers question/complain about our generic communication which mentions the diagnostic fee. We do not want to remove the diagnostic fee line however, as we want people who are required to pay to be aware.
