Send other files from P3

Customer support file info can be sent to the customer and others. I would like the ability to send other files also. Such as the Technician general files & folders, files uploaded to a customers record, etc.

  Hi Jeremy, 

  This is an Enhancement that we will need to be a little more descriptive for the Product Development Team to create.  I have sent an email to go over the details of what support materials you would like to include.  I look forward to speaking with you.
