App - Ability to add Customer Record Tags
On all apps, the Technician has the ability to Add and Remove Customer Record Tags.

Notes:
- Companies can control Tag permissions on a per Technician basis - View, Add and Edit
- Technicians can only add from the existing list of Customer Tags. They cannot create a brand new tag.
- To remove a tag- press and hold on the tag. This will only remove the relationship between the customer and the tag - it does not delete the tag itself.
